Distributed Project Management System

The Distributed Project Management System (DPMS) is a collection of GeoCue technologies that are used for conducting project management between Prime contractors and Subcontractors (where the Prime may be the contracting agency such as a state or local government agency). DPMS provides near-real time tools for:

  • Synchronizing the status of subcontractor work by “mirroring” progress into a Prime Contractor “Master” project
  • Posting of controlled status packets from multiple subcontractors
  • Real-time color coded project status across all contractors
  • Forced QC steps with access control
  • Data packaging and delivery tools that make data receipt “plug and play”

In addition to its use by data production companies, DPMS technology is currently deployed and used in several major United States data acquisition projects including:

  • Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) state-wide coastal mapping project
  • Pennsylvania state-wide LIDAR and Ortho acquisition program (PA MAP)
